Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short versionA full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked.
Refunds
- You can ask for a full refund of Rs 1,400 within 7 days of your payment, whether or not your plan has started.
- To ask, email quitnafs@gmail.com or DM @quitnafs with your order code (for example MZ-7K2QX). You do not need to give a reason.
- Refunds go back to the account or wallet the transfer came from, within 5 business days of your request.
- After 7 days from payment, the plan is not refundable, because most of the 14 days have already been written and delivered for you.
Cancellation
- Before your plan link is sent: message us with your order code and we cancel the order and refund you in full.
- After your plan has started: you can stop at any time, and nothing else is ever charged because the plan is a single payment with no subscription. If you are still within 7 days of payment, you also get a full refund.
- If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to start your plan within 48 hours of payment for any reason on our side, we refund you in full automatically.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged twice, or charged but your order did not confirm, message us with your order code and the time you paid. We refund any duplicate charge in full.
