What you tell Quitnafs is private and sensitive, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to have it erased.
What we collect
- Your quiz answers: when it happens, how long it has been going on, what you have tried, and anything you choose to write.
- Your contact: your email address, so we can send your plan link, and your Instagram username if you choose to give it.
- Your plan activity: daily check-ins, how many times it happened, and the moments you log.
- Payment status: your order code, the amount and whether it was paid. Your bank or wallet shows us the sender name on the transfer. We never ask for or store card details.
- Basic site analytics: page views and which step of the quiz was reached, through Google Analytics and our own event log. These do not include your answers or your contact.
Why we use it
Only to build your plan, write each next step from how your days went, send you your plan link, confirm your payment and answer your messages. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or post anything you tell us.
We may also email you now and then with Quitnafs guidance and updates. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply "stop" at any time. Your plan emails keep coming either way.
Who processes it for us
- Supabase stores your answers and plan data.
- Our bank receives your transfer.
- EmailJS sends us a notification when a new plan request or payment comes in.
- Google Analytics counts site visits.
- We may use AI writing tools to help draft your daily step. We share only your answers and check-ins for that, never your name, contact or payment details.
Who can see it
Only the Quitnafs team. Your plan page is private and reachable only through your own link, and it is hidden from search engines.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your plan is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, in case you come back. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Erasing your data
Email quitnafs@gmail.com or DM @quitnafs with your order code, and we will delete your answers, check-ins and logs within 7 days.
